The leadership programme I wish I'd had
I've created the programme that addresses what's missing from NPQs and Masters.
Happy Friday
Have you ever finished a course and thought, "That was interesting, but what exactly am I supposed to do differently on Monday morning?"
You're not alone.
I've spent the past several months interviewing hundreds of school leaders about their experiences with leadership development programmes. Time and again, I heard the same frustrations: fascinating theories that don't translate to practical action, no space to practice new techniques, and approaches that fail to acknowledge your unique context and challenges.
What if leadership development actually changed how you lead?
This question has consumed me lately. I've been quietly working on something I believe addresses the gap between leadership theory and Monday morning reality. The traditional leadership development model (essays, theoretical frameworks, and generic reflections) simply isn't serving most school leaders.
That's why I've created the Education Leaders Intensive – a programme without essays or complex theory. Instead, you'll experience deliberate practice, personalised feedback, and the space to develop authentic leadership skills that work specifically for YOU and YOUR context.
I'm not going to overwhelm you with details today. But if you're feeling that nagging sense that your leadership development hasn't quite delivered what you needed, I'd love you to take a quick look at what I'm building.
The first cohort launches in September, and spaces are intentionally limited to ensure a truly personalised experience.
