Big news. Our book is here. Well, almost!

Change Starts Here: What if Everything Your School Needed was Right in Front of You? is now available for pre-order, and it's already hit bestseller status on Amazon. I'm chuffed to bits.

Ironically, our writing journey began with distance. Efraim in London. Me in Shanghai. Yet we were puzzling over the same question: why do so many school change initiatives crash and burn? The endless carousel of new initiatives that exhaust rather than inspire had to stop.

What came from our conversations was different.

We’ve created a framework. Tested and refined across continents. Through successes and failures. With real schools facing real challenges. At its heart lies a simple truth: the answers you seek already exist within your school community.

Our book adapts the British Design Council’s double diamond model and 40 essential questions that help unlock those solutions. They build consensus. They create real buy-in. And most importantly, they make change stick.
