I'm giving away all my leadership cheat sheets (completely free)
School leaders are printing these by their desks, using them in meetings, and sharing with staff. Here's why...

Happy Friday
Ever feel like you're constantly running from one crisis to another? I know that feeling all too well. School leadership can sometimes feel like spinning multiple plates while walking a tightrope,
in bare feet,
blindfolded.
I’m so chuffed that many of you have told me the Education Leaders podcast has become your thinking partner during those rare moments you can multitask. During your morning commute, while walking the dog, or during your weekend run, it's become a way to invest in your leadership development without sacrificing precious time.
But we all know how knowledge can fade. You listen to a great episode and are full of ideas, but by Monday morning, those gems are competing with urgent emails, staff absences, and that unexpected parent meeting. This is precisely why I created the one-page cheat sheets for every episode.
I've been thrilled to hear how many of you are using these cheat sheets already in creative ways. Some have told me they print and keep them pinned near their desk for quick reference. Others use them as leadership meeting starters. A few of you have even incorporated them into your weekly staff newsletter.
The aime of these simple, scannable summaries is to distill complex ideas into actionable insights you can revisit in under a minute. When time is your scarcest resource, having the core concepts at your fingertips can make all the difference between knowledge that fades and practices that stick.
This week, I’d love for you to visit educationleaders.community and explore the growing library of cheat sheets. I’m creating one for every podcast episode.
And I'm genuinely curious about how these cheat sheets serve you best. What do you do once you have them? Hit reply and let me know how you're using them.
Wishing you a weekend where you can catch your breath,
Shane
